High-Intensity Training,
Accessible Everywhere

We connect students across Poland with structured HIIT seminars - no commute required, no compromise on depth. Built by practitioners, for people who take training seriously.

High-intensity interval training seminar participants in action

Since 2016 teaching HIIT the right way

suhaqea started as a small seminar series in Gdynia, focused on one problem: most online fitness education skipped the science. Participants got routines without reasoning.

We built a curriculum around understanding effort - how interval structure affects recovery, how race walking or trekking integrates into a HIIT week without undermining adaptation.

Today our platform reaches students from Szczecin to Białystok, delivering the same seminar depth you'd expect from an in-person workshop.

Key terms we work with

Work-to-rest ratio
The proportion of effort time to recovery time within a single interval - the core variable that defines training intensity.
Aerobic threshold
The exercise intensity at which lactate production and clearance reach equilibrium - a key marker for pacing HIIT blocks.
Active recovery
Low-intensity movement between intervals - including race walking or trekking - that maintains circulation without adding metabolic load.

The people behind the curriculum

Two educators with different backgrounds - one from competitive sport, one from physiology research - who found common ground in how HIIT should actually be taught.

Lead Educator - Interval Methodology

Former competitive middle-distance runner who spent eight years coaching club athletes before moving into online education. Rafał designs all interval protocols and tests each one before it reaches the curriculum.

How seminars are actually structured

Each seminar runs as a live online session with pre-read material distributed 48 hours before. Participants arrive with context, not confusion.

Discussion is built into the format - not as a Q&A appendix but as a core part of how ideas get tested. Race walking or trekking as recovery modalities, for instance, gets debated with actual heart rate data from participants.

  1. 1 Pre-session reading with annotated research summaries
  2. 2 Live 90-minute seminar with structured discussion windows
  3. 3 Post-session protocol worksheet for personal application
Geographic reach

Students join from every voivodeship. The platform removes the distance problem - a participant in Suwałki gets identical access to a seminar as someone in Kraków.

Discussion-first format

Passive video consumption doesn't build understanding. Every module includes a live peer discussion segment where participants compare their training data and question assumptions together.

Honest about limits

HIIT produces real results - and real fatigue. Our seminars cover overtraining, individual variation, and the role of lower-intensity work like race walking or trekking in a balanced week.
