Training across borders, without limits
Geography stops being a barrier when the program is built for students from every corner of Poland and beyond. This page explains what studying HIIT with suhaqea looks like when you join from a distance.
What changes when you study remotely
Remote participation in a HIIT seminar is not just a video call. The curriculum covers training design, effort calibration, and the physiological logic behind interval work - all delivered in formats that fit irregular schedules.
Whether your background is race walking or trekking, endurance sport or gym training, the program adapts to what you already know and builds from there.
Live sessions are recorded and available within 4 hours. You choose when to engage, not when the clock says to.
Each topic has a threaded discussion. Students from Gdańsk and Kraków exchange notes in the same thread as those from smaller towns.
You design and run your own HIIT sessions, then submit data for review. Feedback is specific, not generic.
78% of enrolled students study from locations outside the three largest cities in Poland.
Practical curriculum built for real training contexts
The seminar does not assume access to a gym or specific equipment. Sessions are designed around effort levels and recovery windows that work whether you are running intervals outdoors or training indoors with minimal gear.
Students who come from disciplines like trekking or race walking often find the transition to HIIT straightforward - the aerobic base is already there, the intervals just sharpen it.
